Help for David in God

2 Samuel 16:15-17:29

At the time of Absalom's rebellion, many were saying of David that there was no help for him in God (Psalm 3.1-2). They were wrong! In Ch.17, the LORD intervenes to defeat Ahithophel's counsel; in Ch.18, to defeat Absalom himself. In this sermon we consider the first of these.
