Habakkuk 1:5-11

From what the LORD tells Habakkuk about the Chaldeans we learn that he is a God who has the nations in his hand, a God who judges nations, a God who may use another nation for that purpose, a God who may be working when he doesn't seem to be working, a God who sometimes answers his people's prayers in unexpected ways, a God whose kingdom remains steadfast.
