Ruth 1:1-22

We gather our thoughts around Naomi's return to Bethlehem (v.22), noting that she returned in great sorrow, that she returned to a people whom the LORD had visited in mercy, that she returned with her daughter-in-law Ruth, and that she returned at the beginning of barley harvest.
