Sunday Services
Our Sunday services are held at 10.30am and 6.00pm each week.
BIBLE VERSION: We use the ESV (English Standard Version) as our church Bibles.
HYMNBOOK: Christian Hymns (and occasionally Grace Hymns).
SUNDAY SCHOOL: We believe that the whole of the family should be present for at least a part of our worship services and we often include a children's talk as a part of the morning service to encourage their involvement. However, we recognise that most children benefit from teaching tailored to their age and ability and so we have a Sunday School during the second half of the morning service for children aged 3 to 11. The teaching is centred on a Bible story, supported by an activity sheet.
CRECHE: A crèche room is available during morning and evening services for parents to take babies and small children at any time if they become unsettled. The service is relayed to the crèche so that parents can benefit from listening to the service. During the morning service, the crèche is supervised and parents are encouraged to take babies and small children out to the crèche when the children go out to Sunday school. Parents can leave their children with the helpers and rejoin the service, confident that they can be called to the crèche if required.
COMMUNION: The Lord's Table is celebrated twice a month - on the morning of the first Sunday and evening of the third Sunday of each month. All who trust in Christ alone for their salvation, are walking in a daily relationship with God and are in good standing with their own church fellowship are welcome to join us in taking communion. Others are welcome to stay and observe.
RECORDING OF SERVICES: Services are recorded and available on CD or MP3 on request.
